About Aaron

Growing up in Illinois, but having lived in Florida for 16 years now. Warm weather, blue water, and a lifestyle built around the outdoors, Florida is a dream location for many! After building a career as a marine technician and educator, I spent years teaching boat owners how to understand, repair, and improve their investments. Along the way, I started buying homes myself, turning fixer-uppers into long-term investments, and that’s when real estate really clicked for me.

I realized homeownership isn’t just about buying a place to live. It’s about building freedom, stability, and opportunity for the future.

Today, I serve clients in Sebastian and the surrounding areas with that same hands-on mindset. My background in tackling construction and remodeling projects helps me see potential others might miss, and my passion for teaching means I’ll walk you through every step of the process, clearly, honestly, and without pressure.
